Job Purpose Professionally respond to customer calls and act as a single contact point for the customers of A&H, Personal Lines PC. Help resolve issues to serve customers better Competencies and Experience • Graduate from a recognised University. • Select One post-graduate degree in area of expertise. • 1-2 years professional experience in a Call Center as an Agent. • Very good written and oral skills in English & preferred second language Arabic / Hindi. • Very good interpersonal skills. • Good analytical skills to be able to interpret data. • Good problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems. • Basic project management skills to manage own projects and tasks. • Basic leadership skills. • Good presentation skills. • Very good computer skills in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel. Key Responsibilities • Business Strategy & Results • Handle all inbound calls related to customer queries • Maintain and improve performance standards • Manage customer expectations and work in close coordination with all stakeholders • Promote new products and identify opportunities to cross sell • When needed meet and interact with the customers • Handle customer complaints • Rescue cancellations • Tap Cross sell and up sell opportunities • Business Support • Interacting with A&H and Personal Lines Profit Centers, Branches, Claims department and Customer Service Officers across Arabian Countries in order to effectively deliver the benefits of the Call center. |
