Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan opened today the Emiratisation Employer Forum in Abu Dhabi.

The Forum presented by Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council (ADTC) reaffirms the Council's role in helping to deliver programmes and mechanisms to meet the human resource needs of the private sector through the sustainable employment of Emiratis.

Together with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi Education Council, Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi, Western Region Development Council, Eastern Region Development Committee and Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce '&' Industry, the two-day forum brings together key speakers and participants from public and private sector organisations.

Opening the Forum, Sheikh Nahyan said that the Emiratisation in the private sector faces several challenges which need to be met through proper study, research and courage.
